1. Introduction
Welcome to WeLoadify ("WeLoadify", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeLoadify, a digital service that enables users to manage and publish content across multiple social media platforms through a Telegram bot and other supported interfaces (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using WeLoadify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
WeLoadify provides tools for distributing user-generated content across supported social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Depending on the features available, the Service may allow users to:
- Connect supported social media accounts.
- Upload photographs, videos, text, and other content.
- Select the social media platforms where content should be published.
- Generate or adapt captions, descriptions, hashtags, and other metadata using artificial intelligence.
- Publish content to connected accounts through authorized platform integrations.
- Manage connected accounts and available publishing features.
WeLoadify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, or their respective parent companies.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate information when required and to maintain the security of your account and authentication credentials.
You are responsible for activities performed through your WeLoadify account, except where such activities result from circumstances for which WeLoadify is legally responsible.
You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Connecting Social Media Accounts
WeLoadify allows users to connect supported third-party social media accounts through authorized authentication mechanisms, including OAuth.
By connecting a social media account, you authorize WeLoadify to access and perform actions within the scope of the permissions you grant.
Depending on the platform and permissions granted, these actions may include accessing basic account information, identifying available pages or channels, and publishing content on your behalf.
WeLoadify will not intentionally publish content to your connected accounts without an action or authorization initiated by you.
You may revoke access through the relevant social media platform's account settings.
Additional disconnection options may be available within the Service.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and community guidelines.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or publish through WeLoadify.
By using the Service, you grant WeLoadify a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, modify, transmit, and publish your content solely as necessary to provide the features you request.
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have the necessary rights to use and distribute it.
- Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.
- Your content complies with applicable laws and the policies of the destination platforms.
WeLoadify does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
6. Artificial Intelligence Features
WeLoadify may use artificial intelligence technologies to generate, rewrite, translate, or optimize titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and other content-related metadata.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, inappropriate suggestions, or unintended modifications.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and determining whether AI-generated outputs are appropriate for your intended use.
WeLoadify does not guarantee that AI-generated content will increase engagement, visibility, reach, or other performance metrics.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WeLoadify to:
- Publish illegal, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or deceptive material.
- Engage in unauthorized access to accounts or services.
- Circumvent the security measures, technical limitations, or policies of third-party platforms.
- Abuse the Service through automated requests or activities that interfere with its operation.
- Use connected social media accounts without the authorization of their rightful owners.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect the Service, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
WeLoadify may offer free and paid subscription plans with different features, usage limits, and supported integrations.
Where paid plans are available, applicable prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features will be disclosed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Users may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation instructions provided with the relevant plan or by contacting us.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically entitle users to a refund for an already commenced billing period, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the relevant subscription terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Publishing functionality depends on third-party platforms, APIs, authentication systems, and infrastructure outside our control.
Social media platforms may change their APIs, permissions, publishing restrictions, or access requirements at any time.
As a result, certain integrations or features may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
WeLoadify does not guarantee that every publication will be accepted, processed, displayed, or distributed by the destination platform.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Information processed by the Service may include account identifiers, connected social media account information, authentication tokens, submitted content, and technical information necessary to operate the Service.

11. Account Termination and Data Deletion
You may stop using WeLoadify at any time.
You may also revoke WeLoadify's access to connected social media accounts through the relevant third-party platform settings.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your account and verify your authority to make the request.
We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, subject to any legally required retention obligations.
Deleting your WeLoadify account does not automatically delete content already published on third-party social media platforms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeLoadify shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reduced social media engagement.
We are not responsible for interruptions, account restrictions, publication failures, or other issues caused by third-party platforms, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service as reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, or legal reasons.
We may also update these Terms periodically.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website, together with its effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
